How to Log On to PeopleSoft Self-Service

Haven't been able to access your pay stub online? That's because Food Lion and sister banners have changed self-service systems. Now, associates will use PeopleSoft's Me Online! self-service tool to do the following:

  1. View paychecks online
  2. Check vacation balances
  3. Make changes to personal data
  4. and more...
You should have received your New Associate ID by postal mail. To log on, you must do the following:
  1. Go to http://www.MYHR4U.com
  2. Click on "Me Online!"
  3. Click on "I forgot my password" (even though you don't have one yet)
  4. Click on your banner.
  5. Enter the prompted information to verify your identity and set your password.
Note: Your "Location Code" is your store number. (i.e. if you work at Food Lion #870, then your Location Code is 870)

P.S. It may take up to 10 minutes for your new password to take effect. Your new password applies to any of your following accounts:

  • Windows
  • Mainframe
  • Me Onine!/PeopleSoft HCM
  • Other applications like Kronos, My Tasks, iNotes, etc.

    5. I don't know. What browser are you using? I use Google Chrome. I checked IE. The link works there, too. I don't have Firefox installed.

    7. i had try for hours also to get the link up!! And i had call the 1-866-789-4748 and i get nothing with that. We need help or food lion need to stop up date things

    11. After downloading google chrome I was able to see the site but it says my information is incorrect. And two hours later still no call back from the help number

    12. I have tried pretty much everything everyone else has tried with no luck. When tyring to log in with my new use id it tells me HPDIA0233W Authentication failed. You have used an invalid password. This account has been temporarily locked due to too many failed login attempts. PLEASE HELP!!!

    13. Talk to one of your MODs at work. It's possible some features don't work at home or maybe it would help to have someone walk you through the process face-to-face. Our CSSM walked many of the associates through the process to get to Me Online!

    14. im having trouble logging on an i like the old website better than this one it is a pain in my rear end cant log on cant find a damn thing what they was saying all food lion associates are supposed to be finding an this site is a waste of my time if i cant find anything to help in what im looking for

    17. The problem is that Corporate launched a self-service site that is not fully functional. There are a lot of bugs it seems and I still can't find My Time. I don't see any options to view my old paychecks and I'm generally disappointed with the new software.

    18. I can't get to my check stub either. Clicking on 'associates' doesn't work. Myhr4u doesn't work. 'Porterhouse' link didn't work. I agree with the 'too much clicking' comment. I'll try from the store when I go in later. I hate that now we have taken a step backwards and have to go through a manager for our sick/vacation/mytime hours. Last year, we could do it ourselves. This new system really sucks. On our first checks of the year, our health insurance premiums were wrong, we couldn't see our stub on-line until Wed afternoon, and no one in my store got a paper stub that usually gets one. Only those that still get a check got one.

    20. I don't know why I didn't try this again. Don't use Chrome. Use Internet Explorer. And always allow pop-ups from the website. Then when you click on your paycheck it will open up.

    21. If your having trouble signing on to the new system from home make sure your internet setting are set correctly. Click on tools then internet options then select the advance tab then scroll down to security and make sure that all of the SSL's and TLS are checked.This is what I had to do before the web site would come up.

    22. I can view everything fine, but when I put in my information, which is right in front of me on this letter, it says my information is invalid..? I have tried many times, checking the information is the same as shown in the letter, still same result saying "The information you provided is invalid. If you are unaware of your Associate ID or Location Code, please consult with your manager." no... I'm not unaware of my information as it is sitting right in front of me.. >:/!!

    23. Iam having the same problems as the ones posted. If we have to change our password, wouldn't we have to change our user as well? I don't remember having a user in the old system.

Ive been having the same problem i go to the web site and click forgot password then put in all my info on that page and it tells me that i have input invaild info if you dont know your location code or associate id consult your store when i know that the info is right. What am i doing wrong? P.S i tried it on google chrome and IE.

    25. Nathaniel, I just logged in without any problems. Are you sure that you have your new associate ID and not your old one?

      Your old associate ID is a nine-digit number that begins with a 9. Make sure that you have your new associate ID, which should have come to you by postal mail. If you don't have that number, ask your Store, Assistant, or Customer Service Manager to retrieve your associate ID from Workforce Managment (WFM).

      If you can give more details about the steps you took to access Me Onine! maybe we can help you more.

    27. I was able to log on from my home computer in the past, now when I click on Associates from the Food Lion web site, it tells me page not found. I typed in Myhr4u.com directly, it tells me the same thing, I even clicked on the links provided here and still get the same thing, page not found. I am an MOD at the store and sometimes it is hard to find the time to sit down and do personal business at the store. I too am totally disatisfied with this entire system. I currently have 4 tickets open with the HR Associate Relations line since March 14 in relation to my W2, insurance deduction mistakes etc and no one will actually call or email me back. I find this "new" system to be totally backwards and in the stone ages. Come on, we are in the computer age, why is this so hard???

    28. Yea, I am on the same frustrating page as everyone else. I am a grocery manager at Food Lion, have been able to access Me Online in the past (~5 months ago) but now it tells me my info is invalid and to consult a manager for correct info. Ridiculous. 'HR self service' was so easy to use and this PeopleSoft stuff SUCKS. They took something easy and made it to where even those technically savvy just get pissed off.

    29. I've had the exact same problems as Stephen (above) trying to sign on at home. Have been unable to since last year! This new "system" really SUCKS! (It must be made by the same people who made the computer system that schedules employee hours!) Come on, Delahaize, get a clue! Working for Food Lion is like working for a phantom employer.

    35. Can anyone tell me if you lose your sick time if you dont use it? I was told that it is only used if your sick and miss work.....well my issue is i dont get sick and have all mine and am i suppose to just lose it because i dont miss work???
